Adolis is a senior associate at Livonia, responsible for evaluation and execution of deals. Having worked as a management consultant, his commercials insights are invaluable when reaching investment decisions.

Kaido is one of the founding partners of Livonia Partners. He exercises an active ownership model and provides support to management teams and colleagues while setting ambitious yet sensible plans.

Kārlis is an associate at Livonia. He uses commercial and financial insights to assess transactions across the Baltics, and is always on the lookout for potential new opportunities.

Elīza is the CFO at Livonia. She is responsible for financial reporting, investor relations, and compliance matters. She also drives operational efficiency and process optimization for seamless business performance.

Ernests is an investment partner at Livonia. His youthful persistence ensures a constant flow of new opportunities, and he is at all times looking for new angles to add value to businesses and to Livonia team.

Maarja is an Investment Director in Livonia. She is responsible for sourcing and execution of new investment opportunities and supporting the management teams throughout the investment lifecycle. She is currently supervising Livonia's investments in Bestair and Stebby.

Sigita is ESG lead at Livonia. She is responsible for development and integration of sustainability strategies in due diligence processes, through portfolio management, and internally in the way Livonia Partners operates. Currently Sigita is on maternity leave.

Mindaugas is an investment partner at Livonia and has been helping Livonia Partners find, vet, and tie the knot with high-potential companies in the Baltic region since 2015.

Linda is CFO at Livonia. Besides impeccable accuracy in numbers, she adds to the team a sprinkle of calmness and composure. Currently she is on maternity leave.

Kristine is one of the founding partners of Livonia Partners. She is committed to excellence in all areas of her expertise, which, among other things, include strategy, transactions, and operations management.

Rain is one of the founding partners of Livonia. Today he is an advisor and a member of investment committee. Equality and incessant debate are cornerstones to our success and Rain plays a key role in their advocacy.
